Mission Statement

Key Stone Lean Consulting is focused on bringing the best lean business practices to public and private organizations in an effort to increase efficiency in the public sector.  This is done with a comprehensive program that combines the cost reducing practices of Lean and the project management techniques of Six Sigma.  Our strategy is not to train individuals in lean Six Sigma techniques, but to teach Lean Six Sigma tools to organizations so that successful programs can be built from within.

A bit of history

During the past century, the manufacturing sector has tried several operational improvement methodologies only to have them produce results that were below expectations. Two of the methodologies that have consistently exceeded expectations were Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Over the past decade, these two philosophies have been combined into a single program and have been successfully be implemented in both public and private oragnizations across the country.

Over the past 20 years, the founders of Keystone Lean Consulting have been honing their skills while working for various organizations throughout the Midwest. In 2010 Andy Dudelston, Bruce Brandley and Doug Smith established Keystone Lean Consulting to provide Operational Efficiency training and implementation services to organizations through the midwest.
